Byfield marriages 1636-1773 |
Transcribed by | Derek Allen | Comment | Transcript of the Byfield marriage register 1636-1773.
The first full run of marriage entries starts with an entry dated 19th May 1692. There are however two loose pages at the beginning of this register which record entries from 1636 to 1681. This may not be a comprehensive record for this period and there is certainly a gap between 1681 and 1692. The two loose pages have a corner missing and the " * " denotes part of the page is missing in this first period.
